Conducted a site survey to identify existing utilities, underground structures, and any potential obstacles that may affect the installation. Cleared the work area of debris, vegetation, and obstructions to allow for smooth excavation and installation. Excavation and Trenching- Excavate trenches according to the approved design and specifications. Ensure that the trenches have the correct dimensions and gradient to facilitate proper flow of sewage. Excavate additional pits or manholes at strategic locations to provide access for maintenance and inspection. Installation of Sewage Pipes- Select the appropriate type and size of sewage pipes as specified in the design. Lay the pipes in the excavated trenches, ensuring proper alignment and slope for efficient sewage flow. Connected the pipes using suitable fittings and secure them properly to prevent dislocation or separation. Installation of Inspection Chambers and Manholes- Install inspection chambers or manholes at regular intervals along the sewage system. Ensure that the chambers or manholes are properly aligned with the pipes and positioned at suitable depths for easy access and maintenance. Backfilling and Compaction- Backfill the excavated trenches with Sub-base type B, compaction them in layers to ensure stability and prevent settlement. Follow proper compaction procedures to achieve the required density and avoid future ground subsidence. Testing and Commissioning- Conducted testing to ensure the sewage system is functioning correctly. Inspected the entire system for leaks, blockages, or other defects.
